Crafted from substantial solid oak with beautifully proportioned turned legs and deep drawers, it functions as the ultimate destination where the family and guests instinctively gather. Directly adjacent, an architectural arched chimney area—inspired by traditional inglenooks but executed with a modern, minimalist twist—creates a stunning, texture-rich cooking focal point.
To maintain a calm, clutter-free environment and allow the island to function as a pure social hub, a discrete, separate back kitchen pantry and utility space was created for primary food storage.
