For 12 years Thomas Ford & Sons gained a reputation for creating beautiful kitchens and living spaces for homes in SW London and the Home Counties. As we enter our second decade, we invite you to share the experience of some of our Clients and gain inspiration for your new project by browsing through our website.
If you are building a new space or want to breathe new life into an existing space, our aim is to take your plans and aspirations and turn them into a reality. We would love to design your perfect kitchen and walk in pantry, utility room and boot room or any living space in your home. We will look at your plans and listen attentively to your ideas and wishes. We then throw our experience and design ideas into the mix and provide you with a set of design drawings and quotation. There will be no “hard sell” - our aim throughout will be to not just meet, but to go way beyond your greatest expectations.
Your furniture will be made just for you in our exciting new, state of the art assembly plant where we put together all the components made by the finest artisan workshops in Lancashire and Yorkshire – furniture truly designed in the South and made in the North. Meanwhile, your project will be overseen, and your furniture fitted by our own site management and installation team. They will leave no stone unturned until your finished furniture matches the dreams and aspirations you have as you read this.
So, we look forward to meeting you and working with you. We love what we do. We are fiercely proud of our reputation and you can rest assured that with your project, we will be just as fierce in maintaining it.

The TF&S studio and design team are full of experience and passion for homes, design and functionality. Being made up of artists, stylists and craftspeople, we can guide you to create a kitchen that is practical, beautiful and unique to you and the home you dream to create. -

Ian Ford, aka the Cheese. Ian has been in this industry for over 35 years and teaches us all every day. Designing, materials, fitting and manufacturing, he has a handle on it all and we are very thankful for having Ian Ford at the helm.

Tom is our director and designer and is one of a kind. His creativity knows no bounds. When talking and walking through spaces, Tom sees what so many don't, creating the most wonderful spaces and homes. Regularly being called by clients for full architectural advice, let alone kitchen design.
A lover of architecture and functional design. Our minimalist to the core! We are so proud of what Tom creates within Thomas Ford & Sons. He inspires us every day.

Andrew, along with his business partner Ryan have been with TF&S from the outset. Starting as our expert fitting team and spending a decade doing so, they meanwhile planned and honed in on the perfect system for a workshop. They created the Thomas Ford & Sons Factory geared towards producing the next phase of TF&S furniture.
Known for working meticulously, a self-confessed perfectionist liking things "just so”, he strives for order and a methodical way of working. Andy keeps the workshop in perfect order creating a product that we all love to work with.

Both Ryan and Andrew go back to school days, they then went on to working together with a small, local, high-quality cabinet making company. It was here that they realised that someday they would like to be able to combine their skill sets and put their own ideas to play.
Fast forward ten years and they then had the opportunity to work together again when they forged a partnership with Mr Ian Ford. This is something Ryan and Andrew worked at for ten years ultimately achieving the original goal of creating their own product.
Ryan has taken his expansive knowledge of fitting furniture to create the product we have here at TF&S today. He is at the forefront of product design always honing and perfecting the product that we fit in your homes.
He is the kind of guy who makes every job look easy (very annoying) with his all-round Mr chilled, calm in a crisis persona. Ryan is the calming element in the team. The reason that what we create today is the best it can possibly be (in our opinion).
Sam Dalglish

Sam is our project manager and is on hand from the beginning to the end of your projects’ installation. Keeping a sharp eye on the progress and ensuring all trades align.
With over fifteen years experience in the trade business, Sam has extensive knowledge in stone, timber and site management. With a cheeky, chatty disposition Sam keeps spirits high alongside passionate, organised and systematic problem solving. He is an invaluable member of the team.
Charlie Ford

The youngest Ford in the team! Charlie, like Tom, is all about the details and taking time over the creation of spaces. Charlie is our creative team leader, working on technical drawings, TF&S photography and website development. Working so closely with many of our projects he also creates a beautiful aesthetic for our business.
A practising visual artist, Charlie brings his passion for the arts into our everyday life here at the showroom and gets us all thinking creatively in new ways.

Josh Hobbs

Libby works closely between the design and creative team at TF&S, assisting design projects and developing our social outreach and online aesthetic. Bringing her vast knowledge of product and interior design to our TF&S projects, Libby is passionate about establishing client connection and making sure the space is a true reflection of them. She is continually driven by the details and sensitivities that transform our designs into living spaces.

Liam has been with the team for just over ten years now and from day one he has relished the opportunity to work on the many TF&S projects.
Liam knows the product inside out and is the most practical-minded member of our team, he really does see a solution no-one else sees. From his humble beginnings as a part-time extra pair of hands, he has proved his merit time and again and is now trusted to be the eyes and ears that keep the workshop running.
As with us all, Liam’s commitment to achieving perfection is always a driving force to keep working hard on our product and to grow. Learning along the way and providing furniture that we are all proud to put our names to.
